Sound Suite Event Packages – including both accommodation and wristband to suit your individual needs, whether you are coming alone, in a couple or as a group. All of our packages are 7 Nights, arriving on Saturday 8th June 2024 and departing on Saturday 15th June 2024.

Our experienced sales and event management team have secured B&B, Hotel and Apartment accommodation close to the Town Centre and conveniently central to all the event venues.

These range from one-bedroom, & two-bedroom properties, Twin or Double Hotel Rooms, room only options, bed and breakfast boutique properties, and maisonettes. Pricing is available on our ‘Book Packages’ page, and are depending on the number of people sharing. ect one of our properties and click on the drop down list ‘Price/Sharing/Payment’ to find out more. This will give you options to secure your property, either by paying the deposit of £100 per person or payment in full.

Accommodation locations

All of our accommodations are shown on the map below as ‘House icons’ and are labelled with a UNIQUE letter code.
The walking distances to our main venues are also indicated on the map. Please see the accommodation descriptions in our brochure which states their corresponding lettercode, to find out where they are located on the map and ensure you choose the right location for you.

WE NOW OFFER A FINANCE PLAN WHICH WILL SPLIT THE PAYMENTS INTO FIVE CONSECUTIVE MONTHLY PAYMENTS, INCLUDING YOUR DEPOSIT TO SPREAD THE COST. Please read the details when selecting your required payment, regarding the payments plan arrangements.

In order to have the largest choice available to you we recommend booking early.

The prices quoted in our online brochure include your wristband for the week giving you full access to all daytime and evening/night-time events. Your wristband will also give you discount at a host of services within the resort.

Our party venues are specifically designed to create a vibe and are separate from the accommodations although all are easily accessible.

Extending your holiday – If you wish to stay and explore the area before or after the event, or just have a few days to relax, we can extend your nights within the accommodation of your choice. This will of course be subject to availability. Once you have decided on your dates and looked at flight availability and pricing, please get in touch with us in the first instance. The extra nights will need to be paid in full at the time of booking to ensure they are secured for you. If this is something you would like to take advantage of, it is advisable to book early.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Deposit – £100 per person will secure your full accommodation plus wristband collection with us, this is payable and non-refundable upon making your booking.

Monthly payment option – in order to spread the cost of your holiday we can offer a limited number of people the option to make payments spread over four months. (Please see payment plan for T&C’s)

Please note:

Your booking cannot be held secure if payments are received late.

If you are booking AFTER DECEMBER 2023 and are accepted for/wish to utilise the monthly payment method, the remaining balance must be paid by 31st March 2024 at the latest and the dates on your invoice will reflect this.

Our travel partners may require a cash or card payment of £200 or 250€  as a security deposit per villa apartment which will be refunded to you on departure if no damage has been caused. This arrangement is strictly between yourselves and the accommodation owner – Sound Suite Festival will not be able to intervene on your behalf.
